Rudalf Building Maintenance provides a full range of building services including construction and maintenance. Qualified and well trained personnel provide these services with an unwavering focus on safety. We also supply Manpower for various categories on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

This company was established in 2005 and since then we done an enormous amount of work in Sharjah. We are the main civil contractors for Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority (SEWA), Sharjah Airport Freezone, (Saif Zone) Hamriya Free Zone, M/S Eastern Co., M/S Rad International etc . for Street Light Foundation in various sizes, Parking lot shed, Transformer room, Kerb stone, Interlock , Laying the ducts, Asphalt cutting, Stadium foundations, Office partitions etc.

What We Offer

We offer a multi-discipline service utilizing our extensive experience, working to all forms of contract to public and private sector clients in the following activities:

- All types of masonry work including block-work, plastering and concreting.

- Construction of re-enforced concrete foundations for street light poles, pillars, transformer and switch gear foundations.

- Construction of 6.6 K.V.A. electrical sub-station for SEWA.

- Laying of 6” and 4” P.V.C ducts for electrical cables from pole to pole for street lights with 6mm to 8mm rope for pulling the cables.

- Construction of R.C.C/ Solid blocks man holes/ Chambers with heavy duty covers where-ever required while laying these P.V.C ducts.

- Roofing and sheet metal works.

- Street Light Foundation

- Water proofing works.

- Miscellaneous building repairs.

- Laying of interlocking tiles after repairing of sub-base.

- Interior and exterior painting works.

- Car parking shed
